Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and strong expertise in Angular and Kafka. The candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical design and development, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIsExcellent experience with Angular
- Strong hands-on experience with Kafka
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Onshore-Offshore delivery model experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CDExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications
- Coordinate effectively with onshore/offshore teams
- Review code and enforce development best practices
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams
- Ensure quality, timelines, and successful project delivery
