Human Resources Operations Manager
Our client is a prestigious, global Fintech firm headquartered in NYC.Responsibilities:Work closely with senior leadership on all HR operationsManage onboarding/offboarding processesManage the full life cycle of recruitment best practices from candidate to end-to-end onboarding experience, creating seamless, scalable, and highly effective processes that ensure new employees feel welcomed, ramped up, and integrated into the business and team.Develop policies that are compliant, practical, and aligned with the culture and environment we want to create for our employees and to support the business.Engage with employees on employee relations matters, cultural initiatives, and day-to-day process development and improvement to provide a work environment conducive to success.Research, benchmark, and manage our comprehensive compensation, benefits, and perks offered.QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesBackground in fintech, tech or financial services is preferredDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement'The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
