The company is in a growth phase with an early-stage startup profile.About the Opportunity:The CLOUD PLATFORM ENGINEER role is focused on full ownership of designing, building, and managing the Azure cloud infrastructure that supports the AI platform. This position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments, facilitating smooth integration of AI workloads, and driving automation and reliability of systems to meet expanding business needs.Responsibilities:Architect, deploy, and support Azure cloud environments for the AI platformDesign and manage container orchestration with Docker and KubernetesEstablish and maintain CI/CD automated pipelinesImplement Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform or BicepCollaborate closely with software and machine learning teams for AI workload integrationDefine and uphold cloud security, network configuration, system monitoring, and platform stability standardsEnsure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of production systemsRequirements:Minimum 3 years experience in DevOps, Cloud, Platform, or Site Reliability EngineeringExtensive experience with Microsoft Azure production systems including architecture, networking, IAM, and securityProven skills in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or BicepExpertise with Docker and Kubernetes container technologiesAdvanced experience with CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOpsKnowledge of Linux systems, scripting, security best practices, and infrastructure monitoringDemonstrated ability to build cost-effective, reliable, and scalable production environmentsStrong analytical skills, accountability, and excellent English communicationPay Range and Compensation Package:Competitive base salary up to €95,000 plus bonus and/or equity, negotiable based on experienceBenefits & Perks:Fully remote work from anywhere in GermanyRelocation and travel expenses covered if applicableEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
