We are currently searching for a dedicated Electrical Panel Assembler to become part of our Houston-based team. This role is ideal for those who value precision craftsmanship and enjoy constructing electrical control systems based on technical blueprints and diagrams. Core Responsibilities Construct and wire control panels and electrical devices by strictly adhering to engineering diagrams and schematics. Fabricate motor starters, disconnects, circuit breaker assemblies, and enclosures to meet specific design requirements. Execute precise measurements to determine the layout of back panels and external device placements. Utilize fastening techniques, drilling, tapping, and various hand tools to secure components. Analyze and translate technical prints, electrical layouts, and assembly documentation. Help maintain high standards of excellence by ensuring every assembly aligns with print specifications. Contribute to a secure workplace by strictly following all established safety protocols and quality procedures. Support the growth of the team by providing mentorship and training to colleagues. Participate in ongoing training programs to help drive continuous improvement efforts. Help the team achieve production goals to ensure customer orders are delivered on time. Contribute to production targets by working overtime when the schedule demands it. Required Qualifications Proficiency in analyzing and understanding electrical schematics and technical assembly drawings. Prior background in electrical manufacturing, wiring, or panel assembly is highly desirable. Competence in operating measuring equipment, power tools, and hand tools like drills and taps. A meticulous approach to tasks to ensure a high level of quality. Strong mechanical reasoning and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
