Unarmed Security OfficerSecurTec is hiring professional Unarmed Security Officers for a luxury waterfront condominium community in Boca Raton, Florida. The property features upscale residences, marinas, parking garages, and resort-style amenities. Officers in this position are responsible for maintaining safety, security, and exceptional service standards for residents and guests. Primary ResponsibilitiesControl access for residents, guests, and contractors at entry points. Conduct scheduled patrols of the property, including common areas, amenity spaces, marinas, parking garages, and lots. Monitor security systems and maintain awareness of all activity on property. Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, service calls, and emergencies. Maintain detailed and accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation. Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times. RequirementsValid Florida Class D Security License (Required) Residential condominium or gated community experience (Required) Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Ability to remain alert and conduct walking/standing patrols as needed. Computer literacy and ability to navigate security or visitor management software. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
