Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesOur Manager Executive Chef will be responsible for maintaining and administering culinary and nutrition services, and to provide for the operational needs of staff members.Indentifies current learning needs and opportunities for staff. Directs and manages processes in which the appropriate expert relates the informationConducts sanitation audits and performance audits on a consistent basis per determined departmental frequenciesFollows purchasing agreements and compliance goals set forth by departmental/Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) program leadership. Assists Manager/Director with compliance audits at all applicable campuses.Maintains communication with staff and customers regarding the level of services they receive from FNS, staff, and promotes patient satisfaction with nutritional services. This data is relayed to the management team and/or staff whenever necessary.Job RequirementsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years of leadership experienceThree (3) years of equivalent combination of culinary education and culinary experienceRegistered Dietitian (RD) or (RD-ADA) or (RD-AND) or (RD-CDR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)Servsafe Manager (SERVSAFMGR) upon hireServsafe General Certificate (SERVSAFE GEN) within 60 days of hireAZ Food Handler Permit within 30 days of hire or Servsafe Certification (SERVSAFE) within 30 days of hirePreferredAssociates in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management.
