RhythMedix is looking for a talented and experienced Director of Media Relations to join our Team. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead our media strategies and enhance our brand presence in the medical equipment industry.As our Director of Media Relations, you will be pivotal in shaping our communication strategies, building relationships with key media outlets, and ensuring our messaging aligns with the company's goals. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of innovative media campaigns that promote our cutting-edge medical solutions, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of RhythMedix.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and implement effective media relations strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencersManage media inquiries and provide timely responsesCreate compelling press materials, including press releases and media kitsMonitor media coverage and report on relevant trendsCollaborate with internal teams to align messaging with company initiativesOrganize and coordinate press events and media briefingsAnalyze the effectiveness of media campaigns and adjust strategies accordinglyWhat You Need To SucceedMinimum of 7 years of experience in media relations or public relationsProven track record in strategic communications and media managementStrong understanding of the medical equipment industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsProficiency in media monitoring tools and analyticsBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldWe offer a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $172,680 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within a forward-thinking company that values creativity and collaboration.Who We AreRhythMedix is growing rapidly, and looking to add staff in key positions so we may continue to support our goal of providing improved clinical outcomes and customer service to our clients, resulting in excellent patient care and increased satisfaction.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
