In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Manager Product to join our Platt team in Indianapolis, IN!Summary:The Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing highly technical and complex product lines represented by Parts Super Center. Oversee the strategic direction pertaining to offer and expansion plans. Address technical application and manufacturability questions as well as coordinate business efforts across functions and suppliers to support customer base and achieve volume & profitability goals.What You'll Do: Establish strategic product offer growth and support plans for Parts Super Center's most complex and largest productsEngage with key customers and support sales teamsWork with key suppliers, negotiate cost and align go to marketReview stock offer plan and work with supply chain team to adjust regularlyReview pricing guidelines across market segments and work with pricing team to adjust regularResponsible for product offer profitabilitySupport customer inquiries and negotiate key opportunities as necessaryResponsible for developing and coordinating training for the businessProvide monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsMarket Product offer via collateral, digital, promotions and tradeshowsSupport business development activities as necessaryReview performance and development plans for direct reportsRecruit and hire resources to support products strategic planAddress technical manufacturability questions from internal and external stakeholdersAddress customer technical product application inquiriesOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer:The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
