In this role, you will help keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered where they are needed.The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and ready to contribute as part of a collaborative production team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the movement, organization, and storage of materials throughout the facility.Deliver required materials and supplies to production teams in a timely manner.Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking information.Support inventory control activities to help ensure material availability and accuracy.Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.Receive, organize, stage, and distribute incoming materials.Prepare materials for movement to production or other designated areas.Safely operate approved material-handling equipment.Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and transporting materials.Identify inventory discrepancies or material issues and communicate them to the appropriate team.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and operations teams.Support additional material handling and logistics activities as assigned.QualificationsRequired Qualifications0–5 years of material handling, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to maintain organized inventory and material records.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety and established operating procedures.Ability to work the required 3rd shift schedule from 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday night through Thursday night.Preferred QualificationsPrevious material handling or warehouse experience.Experience supporting a manufacturing or production environment.Shipping and receiving experience.Inventory control or stockroom experience.Experience operating material-handling equipment.Forklift certification preferred.Familiarity with industry best practices for material storage, inventory, and logistics.Work EnvironmentThis is a fully onsite, 3rd-shift position supporting material and production operations.
