Client Success Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Client Success Manager to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our rapidly growing client base in the US, acting as a key point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of our solutions, and cultivating successful long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and client-focused. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing a portfolio of client accounts, supporting the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.Leading regular client check-ins and review meetings, ensuring deliverables align with agreed scope and objectives.Driving renewals and identifying opportunities for account growth.Monitoring account performance and proactively managing risks.Coordinating internally with Product, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery.Contributing to proposals, renewals, and RFP responses where required.Providing clear reporting and updates on account status and pipeline.Capturing client feedback and feeding insights back into the business.Supporting continuous improvement in client processes and delivery standards.Requirements:3-5 years’ experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing commercial role.Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue retention.Confident leading client conversations and managing expectations.Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a professional services, learning, or advisory-led environment is an advantage.Intuition is an Equal Opportunities Employer
