In this overnight role, you will respond to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building system issues, including critical patient care systems such as nurse call and pneumatic tube systems, helping ensure a safe and efficient healthcare environment. The BMS performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, completes inspections, installs equipment, and maintains accurate documentation. This position includes a rotating weekend shift serving as the primary responder for hospital-wide calls, along with weekday coverage for assigned areas.We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills, multi-trade experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
