This role plays a critical part in maintaining cash flow, ensuring accurate invoicing, and delivering a high level of customer experience across our landscape, irrigation, and outdoor service divisions.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with customers while working closely with our internal team to resolve billing issues and collect outstanding balances.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)Manage and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collectionsExecute AR follow-up process:0–30 days: Primary responsibility for collections (calls, emails, texts)30+ days: Escalate to Account Managers/Sales team as neededMaintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts in CRMWork to minimize 60–90+ day outstanding balancesCoordinate with internal teams to resolve payment delaysBilling & InvoicingGenerate and send invoices accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure proper revenue allocation (residential vs. commercial)Verify job completion details before invoicingAssist in batching and exporting invoices to accounting (George Douglas)Maintain consistency and accuracy within ServiceTitanCustomer ServiceServe as a primary point of contact for billing and service-related inquiriesHandle customer concerns professionally and efficientlyAssist with scheduling coordination when neededProvide clear communication regarding invoices, payments, and servicesMaintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach with clientsQualifications2+ years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or customer serviceStrong communication skills (phone, email, and text)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Core CompetenciesAccountability and follow-throughProblem-solving mindsetProfessional and confident communicationTime management and organizationTeam collaborationWhat Success Looks LikeAR is actively managed with minimal aging over 30 daysInvoices are sent quickly and accuratelyCustomer issues are resolved promptly and professionallyStrong communication between office, sales, and operations teamsConsistent and accurate data entry in ServiceTitanWhy Join Landesign Plus?Growing company with multiple service divisionsTeam-oriented environment with strong leadership supportOpportunity to make a direct impact on company performanceFast-paced, engaging work environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
