We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to enhance our guests' experience with exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. **Job Overview:** As a Server/Bartender at Stone Cellar Bistro, you will be responsible for knowing dinner and beverage changes, engaging with customers to provide outstanding service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. **Duties:** - Prepare and/ or serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following established recipes and standards. - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies. - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash registers and POS systems. - Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. **Skills:** - Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience. - Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of products, and retail math for handling cash transactions. - Prior experience in the hospitality industry - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers. - Understanding of brewing and liquor processes is a plus. - Previous experience in food industry settings is advantageous.
