Job Summary: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)MediBril seeks a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech and language disorders and exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills. This role is essential in improving the quality of life for our patients through diagnostic assessments and tailored treatment plans.Duties:Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in patients of various age groups.Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities.Monitor and document the progress of each patient's condition and treatment.Provide patient and family education about speech disorders and treatment strategies.Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Maintain updated records, case files, and necessary documentation for treatment planning and billing. Qualifications:Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
