Job Title: Technical Analyst Duration: 18 MonthsLocation: Chandler, AZRate: $50-$53/hour W2Role Overview The Infrastructure Automation Controls Analyst will support governance and compliance efforts across multiple infrastructure automation platforms. This role focuses on evaluating platforms against defined control requirements, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating remediation with engineering teams. The position operates with a governance and oversight mindset rather than direct engineering ownership.The analyst will track progress across several infrastructure automation platforms and provide monthly reporting on control evaluation, evidence validation, and remediation status. The role requires familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure platforms to properly assess whether implementations meet required control standards within a regulated banking environment.Project Details: Ongoing initiative focused on infrastructure automation governance and compliance, Establish and maintain effective control validation across multiple infrastructure automation platforms to ensure compliance with internal banking standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate infrastructure automation platforms against defined control requirementsIdentify compliance gaps and document remediation requirementsWork with engineering teams to address and remediate control gapsReview evidence submitted by engineering teams to confirm control adherenceTrack progress across multiple platforms and report status monthlyMaintain governance oversight of control implementation across environmentsProvide guidance to engineering teams on required control expectationsEnsure control requirements align with banking industry standards and internal policiesMust-Have SkillsExperience working with infrastructure automation platformsStrong governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) mindsetUnderstanding of controls evaluation and compliance validationPractical exposure to tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Cutover, TSO, or BladeLogicExperience working with engineering teams to remediate compliance gapsAbility to analyze technical evidence to confirm control complianceStrong documentation and reporting skillsPreferred SkillsExperience within regulated financial environmentsFamiliarity with infrastructure automation governance frameworksExposure to enterprise infrastructure compliance programsExperience Matters.
