Template/Measure Person

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Template/Measure Person to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, templating, and preparing materials to ensure precise installation and fabrication across various projects. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, reduce errors, and support the overall success of our construction operations. Responsibilities Present as professional and knowledgeable at the client's residence. Create detailed templates and measurements for a variety of areas using LT-2D3D laser template devise and other digital tools. Read and interpret drawings to determine project specifications. Measure and mark materials accurately for cutting, fabrication, and installation purposes. Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure measurements align with project plans and specifications. Must be able to submit to a background check for various clients. Experience Proven experience with a focus on templating and measuring tasks. Strong knowledge understanding drawings relevant to construction projects. Hands-on experience with the LT-2D3D laser and reading a tape measure. Familiarity with various construction trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall (plastering), flooring installation, tile laying, glass installation, fixture installation, and restoration. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and site procedures. Experience working on diverse projects that include fireplaces, shower walls, and custom pieces.
