The RoleThe Executive Chef - Culinary Director will take full ownership of all the kitchens, culinary outlets including special catering needs all setting a standard for each campus and clientele, shaping culture, and driving consistent, high-level execution regardless if it's k-5 or 6th -8th or 9th - 12th you are in the feel good business Key responsibilitiesLead the kitchen with clear standards around quality, consistency, and behaviour embracing customer service with hospitality Develop menus that are seasonally focused, and commercially smart which are appealing to not only children as well as adults. Create a food culture, be creative AF!Build, mentor, and retain a strong, disciplined team which can make it happen even when you're on vacation.Oversee day-to-day operations including food cost, labour, and supplier managementBe present and hands-on during key services, openings, and critical moments, open door policy with student clubs and activities, learn everyone favorite.
