The hospital features one of the largest robotic fleets in the region, dedicated surgical techs, and an efficient OR team that prioritizes surgeon satisfaction and patient outcomes.Position Highlights Busy General Surgery practice with immediate case volume 1:12 call rotation - flexible scheduling and strong NP support OR access: 17 total rooms (11 inpatient, 6 outpatient) + hybrid OR Robotics: Six brand new Da Vinci 5 robots, including a single-port (SP) model Dedicated robotics program with RN manager and specialty tech support Case Mix: Hernia repairs, colorectal, bariatrics, breast, and minimally invasive cases Volume: Practice at your pace - Surgeons span from 300-700 cases annually Flexible block scheduling - "add-on" OR with robotic capability available daily Robust resources: Epic EMR, dedicated anesthesia and environmental support staff, quick turnovers (goal 35 min inpatient, 20 min outpatient) Compe
