Position Highlights Busy General Surgery practice with immediate case volume 1:12 call rotation - flexible scheduling and strong NP support OR access : 17 total rooms (11 inpatient, 6 outpatient) + hybrid OR Robotics: Six brand new Da Vinci 5 robots, including a single-port (SP) model Dedicated robotics program with RN manager and specialty tech support Case Mix: Hernia repairs, colorectal, bariatrics, breast, and minimally invasive cases Volume: Practice at your pace - Surgeons span from 300-700 cases annually Flexible block scheduling - "add-on" OR with robotic capability available daily Robust resources : Epic EMR, dedicated anesthesia and environmental support staff, quick turnovers (goal 35 min inpatient, 20 min outpatient) Compe
