This role contributes to the organization by addressing our HR mission-critical priorities-such as improving employee retention and engagement, developing a strong leadership pipeline, driving business results through talent management, and boosting new hire productivity.The Talent EffectivenessOperationsManagerwillinteract with peers and senior leadership within and outside of HR, gaining broad exposure to key strategic talent initiatives. This position requires a balance of rigorous, organized, and pragmatic project management, analytical requests, strategic problem solving, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will proactively support HR leadership by owning operational and tactical tasks, enabling leaders to focus on larger enterprise-wide projects.Whatyou willdo:Partner withthe wider Talent Effectiveness organization and their leaderstodrive and support the implementation of keyclient-facing programs that drive business outcomesDrive rigorous, end-to-end,project management and organization across multiple projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, aftercareIndirectly lead a team of global, cross-functional project members, holding them accountable to delivery while simultaneously motivating and fosteringa strong teamcultureSupport productivity of the Talent Effectiveness and HRP organizations on the launch of new initiatives, process improvements while project managing key initiatives across both organizations to implement across the businessCreate andmaintainrigorous structure to keep projectteamorganized including shared drives, project plans, meeting cadences,leadership and stakeholder presentationsand communications.Partner withPeople Analytics partners and other Talent Effectivenessteam members to deliver on business requests, while proactively surfacing issues andidentifyingsolutionsAnalyze/synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into compelling "executive level" analysis and presentationsBuild andleveragescalable, repeatable playbooks that are tailored to meet the unique business needsEngage and collaborate with our business partners - within and outside of HR - to drive execution against strategic priorities andmaintainalignmentSupport the day-to-day operations of the Talent Effectiveness organization and help own the end-to-end creation anddeliveryWhatyou'llneed:Bachelor's Degreerequired5-7+ years' experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or Project/Program Management.Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand and align with organizational strategy and goals.Proven ability to apply practical,result-driven project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.Experience supporting seniorleadersindependently managing delegated tasks and operational initiatives.Unstructured problem solver-able to work in ambiguity and develop sustainable solutions to complex business issues.Detail-oriented and organized, with clearly documented systems for managing multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives simultaneously.Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive-level storytelling and data analysis.Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proactive self-starter whoanticipatesneeds, takes initiative, and knows when to seek guidance.Whoyou are:Passionate about driving measurable business outcomes through innovative talent initiatives.Business-minded with the ability to understand strategy and align talent solutions to organizational goals.Pragmatic,solutions-oriented, and able to apply common sense to project management and problem solving.Curious and quick learner, able to synthesize information and connect the dots across projects and teams.Collaborative and trusted teammate, comfortable working with all levels from analysts to senior leaders.Proactive inanticipatingleadership needs and independently managing delegated tasks to enable focus on enterprise-wide priorities.Effective communicator, skilled at delivering concise and compelling presentations to large or executive audiences.Lifelonglearner, eager to develop new skills and contribute across multiple teams and projects.#LI-ML3Who are we? Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
