IT Security Analyst
Overview- The Information Security Analyst is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s eCommerce
Platform, network, data, and systems and assists in the execution of Conn’s information security and IT compliance strategy. The Information Security Analyst reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and uses a mix of soft skills (internal consulting, security subject matter expertise and security vendor management) and technical skills (security tool configuration, troubleshooting and administration) to meet the organization’s information security needs. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a broad skillset, with breadth and depth of experience in the cyber security field
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Conn’s Security Program with a focus on improving efficiency and security, while reducing risk and managing compliance.
Develop and maintain operating run books, playbooks, processes, and procedures.
Manage daily cybersecurity operations, including alerts, incidents, and reporting.
Manage and enforce Conn’s technical security controls.
Manage Threat and Vulnerability management processes.
Assist with the administration of security tools, including email security, web filtering, DLP, IAM, etc.
Lead Incident Response and investigations related to security issues and incidents.
Lead evaluation, testing and implementation of new security tools and projects.
Partner with Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), Cloud Hosting Providers and other Managed Service Providers to ensure security requirements are met.
Responsible for administration and managing Anti-Virus/Malware/Ransomware protection - Advanced End Point Protection
Work with MSSP outsourced Security Operations Center and internal IT Teams to ensure logging and SIEM are functioning optimally, and all escalations are investigated and resolved.
Support audit activities for PCI and SOX.
Create Metrics and Reporting for Security and Risk

Required Experience
3-5 years of information security and/or IT experience
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent experience
Experience within a retail or financial services organization
Prior experience working with Managed Security Services
Security Certifications such as (CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, GIAC, CRISC)
