Python/Scratch Coding Instructor

Learning center in Novi/Canton/South Lyon is looking for a coding instructor. *Responsibilities:* * Teach coding lessons to small groups of K-8 students (block-based coding like Scratch for younger students, progressing to Python/JavaScript basics for older students) * Track student progress and communicate with parents/center staff on growth * Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment *Qualifications:* * Experience with programming (CS degree, coding bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience) * Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or working with children strongly preferred * Patient communicator who can break down technical concepts for young learners * Reliable and punctual; available for after-school and/or weekend hours *Details:* * Location: Novi, Canton * Part-time, Weekday Evenings/Saturday Morning To apply, please send your resume and we will promptly get back to you.
