Department: Production/WarehouseEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Fort Worth 13500Reporting To: Devika WagleyCompensation: $18.50 / hourDescriptionThe Functional Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing lab personnel during production activities, ensuring processes are followed, and supporting operational efficiency. This role will also assist with training new hires, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform functional testing activities successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential FunctionsMonitor workers on lab during production activities to ensure adherence to work instructionsMotivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standardsEnsure that all devices tested meet quality and customer requirementsEnsure product flow is maintained as well as product is correctly identifiedTrain new employees in all processes and best practices if needed.Participate in the creation of Work Instruction for new productsParticipate in the review of Work Instruction after SW upgrade or improvementsValidate failures and enter information into AT&T systemSecondary FunctionsEnsure 5S is being maintained on a daily basisHelp maintain and secure golden equipmentParticipate in physical inventory and cycle counts for golden equipmentProvide operator kits and keep control of their contentEducation/CertificationsJob QualificationsHigh school degree or GED requiredPreferred Education/CertificationsAssociates degree college ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience managing peopleSkills And QualificationsAbility to multi-taskAbility to train others requiredAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentMedium to Good knowledge of ExcelMust be able to use a PCGood communicator and people orientedPreferred QualificationsPreferred Skills and Qualifications: Basic knowledge of MS, Excel, PowerPointGood knowledge of mobile devices operation (phones, tablets, accessories, cameras, etc)Supervisory skillsGeneral knowledge for trouble shooting equipmentShows a great deal of accountability and always deliver and complete commitments with little or no follow upFlexibility to learn and try new thingsOut of box thinkingWriting and communication skillsProactive approach; taking new challenges and preventing issuesPhysical Requirements: N/ABenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (Medical and Dependent Care)401(k) Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off10.5 Paid HolidaysCareer Development Opportunities
