Role Description This is a full-time Counter Sales role located on-site in Greater Houston. The Counter Sales team member will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting HVAC-R products, answering product and service inquiries, processing sales transactions, maintaining inventory organization, and providing a friendly and efficient customer experience. The role also includes building strong customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives as needed. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needsSales and Sales Management experience for processing transactions, promoting products, and achieving sales goalsExperience in Training and guiding customers or team members on product features and usageFamiliarity with HVAC-R parts and equipment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC is advantageousAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
