Your Key ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned project(s) over the course of a work termParticipants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instructionReceive developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processesKnow and understand the current specifications of the Policy and Procedures and contributes to the achievement of the objectivesThis position is required to know and understand the current specifications and procedures of the Quality Policy as well as the Safety and Environment Policy.
