Whether you're starting as a Loader or stepping into a leadership role, you'll play a critical part in our operation.Level I – LoaderPerfect for someone who likes hands-on work and staying active.You’ll:Move products from the warehouse floor to the dock for shipmentLoad garage doors, track, hardware, openers, and related products into trailers and trucksLift, stack, secure, and organize materials for safe transportUse pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipmentEnsure every shipment is accurate and damage-freeKeep the dock and warehouse organized, clean, and safeFollow safe lifting and loading procedures at all timesLevel II – SpotterA great fit for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys coordinating operations.You’ll:Position trailers for daily loading activitiesDirect staging and loading efforts for route shipmentsGuide team members on trailer setup and loading prioritiesEnsure shipments are properly arranged based on size, quantity, and routeVerify products are staged correctly before loadingApply capacity planning knowledge to maximize trailer spaceSupport safe, efficient dock operationsWhat We’re Looking ForYou may be a strong fit if you:✔ Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment✔ Take pride in doing quality work✔ Have a strong sense of urgency and accountability✔ Work well as part of a team✔ Can follow instructions and safety procedures✔ Enjoy physically active work✔ Pay attention to detail and accuracyPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDForklift certification (preferred for Level I, required/strongly preferred for Levels II & III)Basic computer skills for Team Lead rolesWarehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plusPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, physically demanding role.You should be comfortable with:Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and liftingMoving materials weighing up to 50 lbsRepetitive lifting, stacking, and maneuveringWorking around warehouse equipment and moving machineryWork EnvironmentYou'll be working in a warehouse setting where things move quickly and teamwork matters.Expect:Forklift and equipment trafficModerate noise levelsExposure to dust, warehouse conditions, and moving mechanical partsA safety-first cultureWhy Safe-Way Door?Because what you do matters.Every shipment you load helps contractors, businesses, and homeowners stay on schedule.
