If you take pride in microns, this crew's got a seat open.CNC Lathe Machinist Skills & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED (required)2-3 years of Machining experienceGood with mechanics, tools, and troubleshootingAttention to detail, steady under pressureAbility to perform your own part and tool setupsDependable, safe, and team-focusedKnowledge of the following equipment is strongly encouraged:Mazak Lathe - QTN-100, QTN-250, QTN-350, QTN-450 - Controls: 640T Nexus, Matrix 2, Smooth EZDoosan V420T Lathe- Fanuc 18TManual LathesHow You'll Spend Your DayYou'll demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of machinery. Adhere to dimensions and tolerances found on blueprints. Have your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment - calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc. Check parts and products to make sure they pass inspection. Set up, adjust, and maintain your machine. Keep your area safe, clean, and ready to roll.
