Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a part 135 Director of Maintenance located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Director of Maintenance will oversee the maintenance operations of the company's aircraft including Piper Navajo’s and Cessna citation 550’s and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are upheld. Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, managing work schedules, conducting inspections, coordinating repairs, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. The Director of Maintenance will establish and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, guide, and motivate a maintenance teamProficiency in Maintenance & Repair of aircraft and facilitiesA&P with Inspection Authority a must along with part 119 managment experience. Expertise in Maintenance Management and creating proactive maintenance schedules and strategiesKnowledge of FAA regulations and aviation standardsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FLRelevant technical certifications in aviation maintenance or related fields are highly preferred
