As a Studio Manager, you willProvide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experienceFollow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.Manage performance and develop the skills of Team MembersAccountable for the studio's ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction)The Skills You'll Bring:Minimum 18 years of ageHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; college degree preferred2+ years previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferredAbility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekendsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to quickly develop rapport with children and adultsStrong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel)Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
