LPN Home Health- Nightshifts 7pm-7am

1st Americare is seeking an LPN to work with our client in the Round Hill area. Candidate with G/Jtube experience is preferred. The schedule for this case will be: Sundays to Thursdays 7pm-7am Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status - Develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly - Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Document patient care activities accurately and timely Job Type: Part-time Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: LPN (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Round Hill, VA 20141 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
