Shift Manager
Hardee's of Bear is now hiring hard working, results oriented shift leaders to come grow with us! We offer flexible schedules, medical/dental insurance, 401K and paid time off. Salaries up to $16/hour based on experience. 35-40 hours per week.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Candidate must be available to work all days/shifts 5 am-12 midnight.
Management experience a must, restaurant experience helpful.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Utilize food service management skills to maintain quality standards and efficiency
- Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation and inventory control
- Implement restaurant management strategies to achieve business goals
- Utilize hospitality management skills to create a positive dining experience for customers
