As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and installing residential pool equipment all the way up to large commercial pools. Mechanical equipment includes but is not limited to chemical controllers, variable speed pumps, VFDs, filtration systems, UV sanitation, and specialty equipment.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesTest, balance, and understand pool water chemistryTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issuesOperate various power tools and equipmentCommunicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendorsUtilize specialized scheduling software to review assigned work, update work orders, and complete service reportsComplete custom forms electronically for customer communication and billing purposesMinimum QualificationsValid Class E driver's license with a clean driving recordMust conduct business professionally and be professional in appearanceStrong mechanical abilitiesOwnership of quality of work and a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSkills with Microsoft Office products, specialized software, and web applicationsComfortable working in uncontrolled climatesBenefits And CompensationBase pay based upon skillsOvertime pay availablePaid Time OffPaid holidaysMedical, dental, and visionRetirement plan with a matching 401KCompany vehicleTool and uniform allowance
