You'll work hands-on with real family memories, from VHS tapes to film reels, helping preserve them for future generations.Starting Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weeklyShift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 12:00 amResponsibilities of Media Digitization Technicians: Operate production and digitizing equipment to preserve tapes, film, and photosFollow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and care with every orderWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting production goalsMaintain a positive attitude, stay self-motivated, and support your teammatesWhat a Typical Day Looks Like: Start your shift with a clear assignment and production goalsWork at a production station to support daily workflow, quality standards, and customer order completion.Follow simple, repeatable processes to ensure quality and consistencyRotate tasks or formats as needed to support production flowTrack your output and contribute to team production targetsEnd your shift knowing exactly what you accomplishedYou'll Likely Do Well in This Role If You've Previously: Worked in a production, warehouse, or fulfillment environment with clear daily goalsOperated equipment or machinery (including scanners, printers, or media devices)Followed step-by-step processes or SOPs with consistencyWorked in a role where attention to detail really matteredBeen in positions where output and accuracy were both importantYou'll Enjoy This Role If You Like: Having a clear, structured day with defined tasksWorking with your hands and operating equipmentStaying focused and getting into a rhythmSeeing tangible progress throughout your shiftBeing part of a team working toward daily production goalsWho You Are: Experience in a production, warehouse, or fulfillment role is preferredBasic technology skills such as using a camcorder, VHS player, or scannerStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processesGrowth mindset with a desire to achieve goals and adapt to changeMust be 18 years or older and able to stand or walk for an 8+ hour shiftWho is Legacybox: Legacybox has helped over 1 million families digitally preserve their home movies, photos, and film.
