Package Warehouse Associate

Position Overview As a Lifter/Driver, you will be the hands-on backbone of our freight forwarding operation, responsible for picking up, handling, and moving merchandise from intake through to hand-off with our airport courier partner. You will operate a box truck for pickups, lift and sort packages, and prepare shipments with care through wrapping and palletizing. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a commitment to handling every shipment safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Pickups & Driving: Safely operate a box truck to pick up packages from designated locations and transport them to our warehouse. Lifting & Sorting: Lift, move, and sort packages of varying sizes and weights throughout the shift, maintaining an organized workflow. Packaging & Palletizing: Package, wrap, and palletize merchandise with care to ensure items are secure and protected for transit. Courier Hand-Off: Deliver processed shipments to the airport courier we partner with, ensuring accurate and timely transfer. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and proper lifting and handling techniques to minimize risk to yourself and to the merchandise. Team Collaboration: Work alongside warehouse staff and processing agents to keep shipments moving smoothly and on schedule. Care & Accuracy: Handle all merchandise with attention to detail to prevent damage and maintain the integrity of every shipment. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must have own reliable transportation. Must be physically capable of long hours of lifting, moving, and standing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating a box truck. Forklift certification preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse, freight, or delivery experience is a plus.
