Job Title: Lead Mover/General Labor Location: Hammond, Indiana Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5:00pmResponsibilitiesAssist with moving duties such as packing and lifting heavy boxesOversee the team of porters/moversProvide direction to team and keep the team on trackPerform tasks involving squatting, long periods of standing, bending, and moving belongingsEngage in light cleaning as neededPotentially perform very light repairs that do not require tools (unlikely) Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience leading, supervising or managing a team of individualsAbility to lift heavy objects, perform physical tasks, and stand for extended periodsReliable and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environmentAble to provide direction to team and do what the team members are doingSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
