This role oversees allocations, order management, logistics, EDI, ERP systems, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring seamless execution from purchase through delivery and payment.This leader will drive operational excellence, retail compliance, and scalable process improvements across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations LeadershipOversee daily operations across allocations, order management, logistics, shipping, EDI, and P2P (procurement through payment)Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and vendor payment processes across all wholesale channelsStandardize processes across multiple brands and entitiesAllocations & Order ManagementLead allocation strategy and inventory deployment across key accountsPartner with Sales and Planning to prioritize orders and manage the full order lifecycle (EDI through invoicing)Logistics, Shipping & ComplianceManage outbound logistics, routing, and carrier relationshipsEnsure compliance with retailer requirements and minimize chargebacksOversee EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) and resolve issues as neededProcure-to-Pay (P2P) OperationsOversee procurement workflows including PO creation, approvals, and vendor coordinationEnsure accurate invoice matching, discrepancy resolution, and timely vendor paymentsMaintain strong vendor relationships and onboarding processesPartner with Finance on AP, accruals, and month-end closeERP & Process OptimizationOwn ERP systems (A2000, M3, NetSuite, etc.) across operational and P2P workflowsDrive system enhancements, automation, and data integrity across entitiesEstablish KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, chargebacks, invoice cycle time) and lead continuous improvement initiativesTeam LeadershipLead and develop teams across allocations, logistics, EDI, compliance, and AP/P2PDrive accountability, performance, and a culture of operational excellenceQualifications10–15+ years of operations experience in wholesale fashion/apparel/accessoriesDeep expertise in allocations, logistics, EDI, ERP systems, and P2P/AP processesExperience managing multi-brand, multi-entity organizationsStrong understanding of retailer compliance and routing guidesProven success improving OTIF, reducing chargebacks, and optimizing workflowsAdvanced Excel and data analysis skillsKey CompetenciesStrategic and hands-on leadershipData-driven and process-orientedStrong cross-functional collaborationAbility to scale operations in a high-volume environmentPreferredExperience with major U.S. retailers and off-price channels (Walmart, Costco, TJX, etc.)Background in private label or licensed brandsExperience in high-growth or scaling organizationsInternational logistics and vendor management exposureWhat We OfferComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysHalf Day Fridays with shortened hours during both Summer and Winter seasonsHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Tax-free commuter benefitsExclusive employee merchandise discountsSalary: The anticipated base salary is $140k-$160k annually.
