General Maintenance TechnicianJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hands-on General Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of buildings and grounds, including lodging, retail stores, restaurants, and employee housing. This role supports the Maintenance team by completing work orders and performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete maintenance work orders accurately, efficiently, and on timeAssist with tracking and reporting of completed work ordersPerform general maintenance tasks, including:PaintingCarpentryBasic plumbingMinor electrical repairsMasonry and landscapingConduct routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and facilitiesPerform hands-on repairs across multiple maintenance disciplinesSupport team members with maintenance-related tasks as neededProvide courteous and timely customer service when responding to guest or visitor inquiriesQualificationsBasic knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment used in maintenance and repairStrong willingness to learn and grow within maintenance operationsAbility to work safely in various environments, including ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and confined spacesUnderstanding of OSHA safety standards preferredAbility to lift:25 lbs frequentlyUp to 50 lbs occasionallyFlexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysValid driver’s license requiredEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical certification or trade school training preferredMinimum 1 year of general maintenance and/or construction experience preferredExperience in hospitality or park environments is a plusWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsPhysically active role requiring standing, lifting, climbing, and manual laborEqual Opportunity EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex,national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
