This role sits on the Growth team and is primarily responsible for driving qualified pipeline through innovative, data-driven direct mail strategies, with additional support across select growth media partnerships. You'll be accountable for connecting campaign performance to downstream outcomes and making decisions that improve pipeline efficiency at scale.You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our direct mail efforts - from audience segmentation and vendor management to campaign execution, testing, and performance optimization. You'll also work on management of direct media buys, helping test and scale select partnerships that complement our broader growth strategy.This is a scaled, high-investment channel and a meaningful driver of pipeline, with high visibility across Growth and leadership, and direct influence on budget allocation and channel strategy.Direct Mail ProgramOwn Dandy's direct mail strategy across postcards, catalogs, and gifting to reach both SMB and Enterprise audiences.Develop segmentation, personalization, and offer strategies to improve response rates, conversion, and pipeline impactBuild and scale a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, offer, timing) to continuously improve performanceManage vendor relationships covering production, personalization, and distribution.Allocate budget and prioritize programs based on performance and growth opportunity.Analyze results and continuously optimize direct mail for engagement, ROI, and pipeline impact.Collaborate with Sales to gather feedback on lead quality and refine targeting and messagingDirect Buys & PartnershipsSupport Dandy's direct media and partnership strategy across channels like podcasts, email newsletters, and display takeovers, testing and scaling programs that drive both brand impact and measurable performanceOwn performance tracking, reporting, and insights across direct buys, identifying what's driving pipeline and where to scale or pull backAmplify key marketing initiatives (webinars, content, launches) through paid distribution and partner channelsWhat We're Looking For4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketingDirect mail experience strongly preferred, or demonstrated ability to own and scale an offline or channel-specific programHighly organized and process-driven, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring clean execution end-to-end.Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance in complex or imperfect attribution environmentsExperience in B2C or B2B high growth companyAbility to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business valueOverall track record of professional and academic successBonus Points ForExperience managing international direct mail programOutstanding professional references to shareExperience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motionsFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
