The BDM will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and creating strategic relationships with clients. Responsibilities include driving sales efforts in the IT staffing domain, understanding client requirements, and ensuring successful client engagements that exceed expectations.QualificationsProficiency in New Business Development and Business Development to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunitiesExperience with Hubspot and ZoomInfo SalesExperience in Information Technology with an understanding of IT staffing and consulting industriesStrong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and presentationsAccount Management expertise to build and manage client relationships for long-term successProven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver customized solutionsAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environment with a balance of on-site and remote responsibilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in IT staffing or consulting services is preferred
