Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

We are hiring a full-time RN for the Cath Lab, offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing independent, patient-centered care in a 24/7 Cardiac Cath Lab, ideal for those with 1-3 years of critical care or Cath Lab experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm, with on-call duties. Responsibilities include clinical expertise, interdisciplinary collaboration, professional development, quality improvement, patient safety, and operational participation. Qualifications include Maryland RN licensure, BLS certification, and relevant experience. Preferred candidates have a BSN and specialty certification. Compensation ranges from $40.50 to $56.99 per hour, with additional on-call and sign-on bonuses. Candidates should reside within 30 minutes of the facility.
