We’re looking for a Lead Workday Financials Analyst to own the configuration and evolution of our Workday Financials platform. This role combines hands-on system expertise with end-to-end ownership of enhancements, partnering closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.Serve as the primary functional leader and own configuration and support for Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Expenses modulesOwn the Workday Financials roadmap and manage ongoing optimization. Configure and maintain: Worktags, accounting rules, business processes, and security (in partnership)Drive cross-functional systems projects from planning through execution, including roadmap initiatives, new feature rollouts, and process enhancements.Lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements (requirements → design → build → test → deploy)Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutionsDrive process improvements, automation, and system optimizationSupport governance, production support, and release managementEnable accurate financial reporting through strong system designDevelop and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials to support system users across the company.Lead enablement and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.Ensure system and data integrity through regular audits, privacy compliance, and collaboration with IT and Security teams.What We’re Looking For5–8+ years of Workday Financials experienceStrong hands-on configuration across core modules (GL, AP, AR)Experience leading projects or workstreamsSolid understanding of accounting and financial processesStrong stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsA systems thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and sharp attention to detailStrong analytical skills with experience creating reports and dashboardsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to guide, train, and support end users.Workday configuration and maintenanceStakeholder management (working with Finance and Leadership)Nice to HaveExperience with integrations, Prism, or Adaptive PlanningExperience in global or high-growth environmentsExperience in full lifecycle implementation for Workday Financials modulesWorkday Pro - Financials ReportingWhy join usAt Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time—bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.The base salary range for this role is $139,000 - $150,000 per year.Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
