Community Relations Manager - Senior Living

Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Manager for Brentmoor Retirement Community, our senior living community in St. Louis, MO. We provide a base salary, plus an aggressive commission structure. The Manager is responsible for developing and executing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve occupancy growth targets and will serve as an advocate for seniors. Our ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living, health care or related service business. Essential Duties Increase occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with marketing and business plans to include completing sales calls and closing sales. Set appointments and conduct one-on-on tours of the community. Develop and maintain relationships with, and generate leads through residents, families and professional referral sources. Ensure that each prospect receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every prospect, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service. Plan, organize, and execute community events. Ensure the leads database is accurate and current. Maintain communication with prospects through email blasts, personal emails, creating flyers, record and sharing videos. Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and commitment. Professionally represent the community at public and community functions and foster a positive image of the community. Develop a rapport and positive relationship with prospective residents and their family members. Work with community staff to ensure the model suite(s) are well maintained. Skills/Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing in senior living or related field. Demonstrate a caring personality with excellent listening skills. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Competent in organizational and time management. Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately and work independently. Must be proficient in use of computer software programs. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality as needed. A passion for helping seniors.
