Structural EIT

Job DescriptionMulti-disciplinary Structural firm located in Bend is looking for a Structural EIT to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for the design of single-family homes, public structures, and various other building structures. They will work with a variety of building materials including wood, steel, and concrete, and be knowledgeable in a variety of building codes. Project types include single custom homes, apartments, K-12, public works, commercial, and retail structures. Support on designs of single-family homes Work with a team of engineers to review and make changes to design Review projects in process and make recommendations on designs Work on 2-5 projects at a time Create and review structural assessment reports Make independent decisions once proficient with building codesHard SkillsStructural woodStructural constructionMass timberStructural EITBuilding codesBuilding engineeringBuilding materialsWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Bend, Oregon.Small team of 7, will be in office to learn and be trained.
