Front Desk Receptionist
The job assist with retail store work that may include customer contact involving greeting customers when they enter the store, or call on the telephone to gather appropriate information, scheduling meetings, etc.
This will be our concierge position. duties include answering calls, scheduling appointment, taking in person payment. Candidate will need phone, computer and customer service experience
HS diploma/GED required
In-person position, so candidate will need to have experience facing customers, be it in retail or other customer-service positions.
Will be working both independently and within a team; must be pleasant to work with and helpful with customers, able to answer questions, etc.
This is an entry-level position. It doesn't require lots of experience, but some related experience, and the resource will need to fit in with the team relatively quickly.
Answering phones, data entry, holding conversations, organizing calendars
Basic computer skills - Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, some experience with payment systems helpful.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
