Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Recruiting Specialist located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Office Recruiting Specialist will manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Additional responsibilities may include providing administrative support, assisting with office coordination, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and handling basic accounting tasks related to recruitment activities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with candidates, clients, and team members effectively.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage office tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.Basic Accounting skills to manage recruitment-related financial processes and payroll coordination.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency with office software, including word processing tools, spreadsheets, and email applications.Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or human resources environment is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in HR or administration are a plus.
