B2B Sales Representative

【Job Summary】Karat Home is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven B2B Sales Representative to support the growth of our wholesale furniture business with major retail and commercial accounts across North America.This role is focused on developing and managing relationships with key accounts, building a strategic pipeline of prospects, supporting presentations and product proposals, and coordinating ongoing communication throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, comfortable presenting to professional buyers, and excited to work in a fast-paced furniture and home furnishings environment.This is a growth-oriented role with direct exposure to senior leadership, product development, merchandising, and large-scale retail partnerships.【Job Description】1.Account Development & Relationship Management-Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B furniture accounts-Build and manage a pipeline of national, regional, and strategic retail customers-Support outreach efforts to Top 100 furniture and home furnishings accounts-Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, samples, and communication across customer touchpoints-Maintain detailed account notes, opportunities, and timelines within CRM systems2.Sales & Business Development-Assist in identifying new business opportunities within retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and commercial channels-Support the sales process from initial outreach through proposal development and account onboarding-Prepare pricing proposals, assortment recommendations, and sales presentations-Collaborate internally with merchandising, sourcing, and operations teams to align customer needs with product capabilities-Participate in market preparation, showroom walkthroughs, and customer presentations3.Presentation & Proposal Development-Create professional sales decks, product presentations, and customer-facing materials-Assist in assortment planning and storytelling for account presentations-Help organize product information, pricing structures, and launch timelines-Support custom and private-label development initiatives where applicable4.Account Coordination-Manage ongoing communication with customers regarding orders, product updates, timelines, and opportunities-Coordinate internally to ensure customer needs and deliverables are being tracked and executed-Support leadership with reporting, follow-up items, and account planning【Qualifications】1.1–4 years of experience in sales, account management, merchandising, marketing, or related business functions2.Strong communication and relationship-building skills3.Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities4.Comfortable building presentations and working in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva5.Professional written and verbal communication skills6.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously7.Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness8.Experience in furniture, home furnishings, retail, wholesale, or design industries preferred9.CRM experience preferred
