Hours are 11PM - 7:15AM. We also have a $2.00 an hour shift Premium.
Position Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machine under the guidance of Manufacturing Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
Essential Functions
Primary
Monitoring the machines to insure continual, efficient production during automatic, and semi-automatic mode of operations. Waste of production items must be minimized
Inspecting, degating, grinding runners, removal of flash, cleaning, & follow all work instructions
Assemble and test parts as required per work instructions
Detect and report defective parts
Identify and label boxes, packages, and products per work instructions
Adherence to ISO [Quality and Environmental] procedures, policies and work instructions
Adherence to OSHA safety standards, while maintaining a clean and safe work area
Complete all paperwork accurately as instructed by your manager
Follow written work instructions
Follow verbal work instructions

Required Education and Experience
Education
High school diploma or GED
Experience
Experience as a Machine Operator
General safety training
