Valuations Manager

High growth investment platform hiring a Valuations Manager to oversee the quarterly valuation process across a portfolio of private, high growth companies across tech, healthcare, consumer, and other emerging sectors.This is not a back-office pricing role. The team is looking for someone with true private equity / venture portfolio company valuation experience including ASC 820, DCFs, market comps, cap tables, waterfall analyses, and valuation advisory exposure. You’d work directly with investment teams and senior leadership reviewing portfolio company performance, valuation methodologies, KPIs, financing rounds, and broader portfolio analytics.The role has a strong strategic component beyond just model production. Looking for someone who can step back, analyze trends across the portfolio, challenge assumptions, improve processes, and help drive higher-level investment and valuation discussions.Ideal background: • PE / VC portfolio valuations • ASC 820 fair value experience • DCF and guideline public comp analysis • Cap table / waterfall modeling • Portfolio company financial analysis • Valuation advisory or transaction advisory experience • 6-10 years of experienceHybrid schedule in Westchester County, NY. Strong compensation + bonus upside.
