Program Systems Integration Lead (Contract)Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite)Contract: Immediate StartSecurity Clearance: Active Secret Clearance RequiredApply ASAP – CVs Required by Tuesday 11th August 2026We're supporting an urgent defence and space programme and are looking for an experienced Program Systems Integration Lead to join the team on a contract basis in El Segundo, California.This is an immediate requirement supporting high-profile national security space programmes.We're looking to receive CVs as soon as possible.The RoleYou'll lead systems integration activities across complex defence and space programmes, providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams while working closely with government stakeholders and programme leadership.The role involves overseeing systems engineering activities throughout the programme lifecycle, ensuring successful integration across ground and space systems.Due to customer security requirements, this position is fully onsite in a secure facility.Required ExperienceActive Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain Top SecretMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline15+ years of Systems Engineering experience10+ years leading multidisciplinary technical teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)Ability to work onsite in a secure facilityDesirable ExperiencePhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or another technical disciplineExperience supporting MILSATCOM programmes, including:AEHFPTSEPSWGSFAB-T terminal programmesExperience working with military personnel and DoD civiliansExperience with ground and space systems, including terminals and networksStrong systems engineering and technical leadership experienceThis is an urgent contract opportunity with an immediate start.To be considered, please send your CV and expected day rate as soon as possible.CV submission deadline: Tuesday 11th August 2026.
