Analyze, organize, update financial records
Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments
Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.
Setup financial accounts as needed
Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables
Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
Keep company financial information confidential
Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System
Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements
Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently
Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.
